Kidney Problems

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 107kg weight and height 5feet 6 inches. I have medicine Concor 5mg for high BP and high heart beat on walking climbing steps upto 175bpm. I have medicine for GERD. I have medicine for Asthma. Uriticaria. I have been having ED for the past 8 months. I have urine flow problem for the past 8 months. I reported to a Urologist. Scan was done 5mm kidney stones were found. I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg. In few months I became alright. Now after stopping Dynaperes My Urine flow is not good. Slight Bladder pain. Is it I have to have Dynaperes 0.4mg throughout My Life? I don't know Why ED problem continues till now? Please advise.

26th July I did my plain CT of KUB and diagnoses with 6 stones in Right kidney and 1 stone in left kidney. Biggest stone in right kidney. Size = 4.8mm Stone sizes= Right Kidney Lower- 4.8mm Middle - 4.7mm, 2.9mm, 2.3mm, Upper - 3.5mm, 3.7mm Left Kidney- Upper - 2.7mm At present no pain. 4.8mm stone seen at left vesico- uretoric junction causing hydronepgrosis and hydrouretor. Doctor prescribed Drotin DS sos Urimax 0.4 before bedtime K-Cit - 2-2-2 (Teaspoons) How to get rid of this stones with medicines??

Good evening. My mother is a kidney patient. She was taking nefrosave 1 year before. Since 2016 was having recurrent uti - ecoli and was getting admitted after every 6 months. In 2018 was admitted for kidney infection and urine residue. She's diabetic patient and is on insulin. 6 months before her creatinine was 2.3 and blood urea was 54. After a week her creatinine was 2.0 and blood urea was 61. Can she start taking nefrosave again ? In 2018 she was taking flodart 0.4 and later on last year was prescribed silodal 8.

I have urine irritation for last 7 day it's not going can I use cital syurup I have also kidney stone for 2 year My CBC and urine report

Pain in the lower abdomen since last 1 week due to UTI, pain and burning sensation during urination, fatigue, passing frequent and small amount of urine. No fever. Called the doctor, prescribed a medicine along with heavy water intake but still the symptoms persist. Could you please let us know the remedy or what actions need to be taken please ??

Kidney: Both kidneys appear normal in size shape position and echo pattern.Grade 1 Hydronephrotic changes seen in right kidney with dilatation of right upper ureter . Calculus Measuring 5.0 mm seen at lower end of right ureter . Grade I-II Hydronephrotic changes seen in left kidney with calculus Measuring 30mm seen in renal pelvis and Calculi Measuring 15 and 13mm seen in region of inferior calyx. Hello my baby is only 4 months old with pinpoint opening of prepuce since birth. But for the last few days there is ballooning of prepuce during micturition. So to resolve this problem only gentle retraction is OK or topical application of steroids is needed? Or is there any Other treatment to resolve the ballooning at this age?

I take normaxin tablet thrice a day coz of pan gastritis... i find it very difficult to pee...in the morning it is more difficult to pee ...and have to force it out ...it doesn't pain but it is very tough to force the urine out...what can i do?
