Kidney Problems

My uncle aged 59 years having uric acid issue become below normal. He is taking Febutaz 40 daily. What should be the modification after his uric acid become below normal range?

It's been 3 months since my miliary tb treatment ended & my recent LFT report shows SGOT (60) & SGPT (99) is it normal? Attached report with this msg

Mri report say PIRADS 3 or inflammatory nodule on prostate. Is it cancer or prostatitis age 58 male.

Is PIRADS 3 nodule on MRI a cancer? Patient has enlarged prostate and prostititis . PSA 18.9. Is it infection or cancer. Age 58 male.

My aunt(49) is hypertension(180/110) patient and  severe bleeding due to early menstrual cycle, went hospital, her urine test report says Appearance - clear Colour- straw Ph- 6.5 Specific gravity - 1.002 Bilirubin - present Glucose - negative Protein - trace Urobilinogen - normal Ketone bodies - negative Nitrites - negative Casts - not seen Erythrocytes - numerous Epithelium - 1-2/hpf Crystal - not seen Sodium - 135mmol/l Potassium - 3.7mmol/l Chloride - 101mmol/l Urea - 19mg/dl Creatinine - 0.66mg/dl Bicarbonate - 23mmol/l And her kidney ultrasound test says normal kidneys My concern is about trace of protein. can any one please evaluate the report and provide suggestions
