I m suffering from painful urine and I did afb urine test 2postive 1 negative and doctor dignoise the tb but still pain and irrritation

Frequent urination and burning sensation for the last few months. I took some medicines but it gets worse last few weeks. Urine culture was normal, USG came out as cystitis.
