Kidney Problems

Hi I have a kidney stone at puj measuring about 5.3mm Ave currently undertaking Alpha blockers. Is there a way to remove the stone without surgery?

I am 45yrs old ..I am diabet and hypothyroidism patient...I use thyroxine 50 and metformin 500 ..I frequently means in a month 2 times I suffer with uti..once antibiotics used some releif for 4 to 5 days again starts urine infection..I went through ucg abdomen...no kidney stones present...y I am facing problem don't understand..any suggestions plz...

Have vericous vein,how to treat..I want to normal surgery ...not lecer...how it costs...it's fully cured after normal surgery.

My urine report shows pus cells 2-3 & epithelial cells 6-8...what does it indicate? Is it normal or need further investigation

When I urinated this afternoon, I noted that there was 2-3 drops of blood in my urine. Later when I went to washroom again no blood stains were noticed i.e. these blood stains were just noticed once during urination. What would be the reason and the expected tests that need to be done?

My dr advised me to do cystoscopy bcoz significant pvr and low urine flow. Rgu xray is normal so i have fear that is cystoscopy painful??? And is it bladder neck obstruction or any disease. Plz give me guidance
