Kidney Problems

I was infected with UTI on 20th December, I had gone through itching, rashes and pain at that time. On 29th I went on a trip so I had to use public washroom then again I got infected with it. It gets better itself and then again in some days 3-4 the itching starts on the labia and lips. I have taken only homeopathic treatment. Now it's going to be 2 months to this. Please help what is the reason for the same and how it can get cured.

Hi doc, My father is having problem in controlling urine during pressure. He is unable to rech the toilet and urine leaks.. Since a week I am having pain before and after urinating more like a tingling sensation and frequent urination No other problem of burning or irritation. Took a course of antibiotics fluka 150, uripas and norfloxacin 400 on doctor's advice for 4-5 days. Not much relief.
