Kidney Problems

Dear doctor, I m suffering from urine infection.. Also I have back side abdominal pain ...pls suggest what to do..I don't have fever..I m taking nitrofurantoin tablet since 5 days...now I don't have any urine sensation pain...but sometimes I think that. I m urinating less...I don't have fever.. But I m tensed now...is it a serious problem...I have done urine culture also...report is not so good. is there any serious problem??? Is any UTI vaccine available in India or can it be available on request/demand Or when there will be proper UTI vaccine will be available in India I am suffering reccurent UTI

My father is going through UTI.having fvr under 100..last one year se kai bar admit hona pda h unko..pichhli 6 mnth se 3 bar behavioural change rha to admit krna pda ..kuchh abnormal th fr 24 hours me he was ok ...no one diagnose d reason ...swelling hoti h pairo me always kindly advice

I did usg , got kidney tiny concretions but radiologist not mentioned size, not even 1mm. if i do ct kub ,dear urologist sir is there will be mentioned size?? , sir you see ct kub report on daily basis , have you seen such case where ct kub didn't mentioned size of renal tiny concretions on ct report!!

I took a UTI Home test & the test pad for leukocytes changed colour very slightly(orange) (it's supposed to turn a shade of purple), but the nitrite test pad remained neutral(yellow). I think I have a UTI as I have been experiencing fatigue and occasionally urge to pee when there's hardly anything to pee. Should I take cefexime 200mg for five days or will drinking plenty of water flush it out?

When I see my urine colour is yellow my urine that time foamy is it concern..my current creatine is 0.8

My blood creatine is 1.1 urea 27. Albamin 5.2 and urine albamin present + and pus cell 20 to 25. Acidic pH urine. And I have urine smell ammonia. Kindly give me a advice bp and sugr normal and dry mouth issues tiredness advice please
