I have 3mm stone in kidney 3 months before.where should I scan next time.who is d specialist for this

We have done routine urine test of my mother as prescribed by my family doctor, the report shows excess protein in urine, previous two reports also showed excess protein in urine. I got kidney stone operation in March 17 and from last 2 days blood is coming with urine. I am feeling a little bit pain in right side as well. 2 stones left on left side kidney.

I had a deflux procedure yesterday morning through my urethra. I'm home and I've noticed there is slick clear stuff in my underwear. I've wiped it out but more just keeps getting in my underwear. Did the procedure not work or is this normal?
