Kidney Problems

Sir my mom had a kidney operation in 1999 And since then there is a fitsula in hand Which was made at that time for dylasis, She is well Now And kidney is in Good conditiion.... But the fitsula is Now big And seems like more complicated. Should we close it down by surgery? And this fitsula is risky? What are the risk factorss Pic is attached

Doctor have suggested me Taxim-0 200mg I am having urine left in urethra.I have done kub sonography urine routine and blood test everything is normal.i am having good urine flow and everything is normal.I feel that urine is left at urine place.Is this medicines has any side effect and please tell me the use of medicine.Beacuse I am fear to take medicine?

Hello Doctor, I am worried about my father Mr. Debashis Dutta(age 56 years).His ceratinin level has increased to 5.3 in the last 3months due to wrong treatment I feel.The doctor here in Kolkata are telling us to do dialysis.I want to have an expert opinion in this issue.Is it so necessary?Are there any other alternatives??

I m having pain in left kidney but in usg,xray and ct scan there is no stone found but the pain is occurig continuously

My dad serum creatinine is 2.3 , Bp earlier was 180/100 . Now its 120/80 . What is the stage of kidney dis order and can creatinine level will be decreased

5 mm stone in left Kidney, Pain in back, pain in stomach and back if hold urine even for 2-3 minutes.

My Sonography Report Says Urinary bladder is normal in size with thick margins. Spft tissue demnsity rounded mass seen at anterosuperior wall measuring 33.4*35.2*28.4mm its content are echofree elsewhere post void residue is 34mm. Prostate is normal in size shape and echotexture. Impression: BLADDER WALL HYPERTEOPHY WITH MASS ANTEROSUPERIOR WALL OF BLADDER URACHAL TUMOR AND SIGNIFICANT POST VOID RESIDUE. Urine RBC is 4-6/hpf This is my report what does this indicate. I have urination problem. Doctor says there is something in bladder can be cancer also? Please suggest am worried. He says go for MRI it will show well.
