My father aged 63 years old suffering high Urea,creatinine,blood sugar what to do next to avoid any uncertain

Actually there is some lumps in outside of scrotum's skin.. Previously I consult one urologist he gave me some antibiotics..But my problem isn't cure..And that's lumps some times itching also.no pain when I press the lump it's looks like pimples ,when I pressed it for long time it's exerted some white coloured semi solid type things . Please help me out.thanx
