Kidney Problems

I have been a 10mm stone in left kidney with colic pain since one week .i feel burning when i am go to urine and pain in my left or right side

Persistent pain in lower abdomen in left side after ceserean . Ultrasound done but nothing showed up, urine routine showed some infection but urine culture done after taking medicines for a week and showed no result sometimes blood is seen in urine or on the toilet paper after urinating .uribid , ceftum taken .now taking gramocef

I have my uric acid levels in higher side (most of the time in the range of 6 - 8). Sometimes I also get joint pain. I want to know why exactly this is happening even though I m very careful about high protein diet

Last monday i got pain at lower abdomen and at right kidney side, vomitings also..I went to a doctor and he said you might have stones at kidney. He told me to use some medicines like cefixime 200mg, Meftal spas and pantaprazole tablets for 5 days and for the pain relief he gave voveran and cyclopam injectios...After that I've consulted another doctor he asked me to take Ultra sound scan. In that report everything is normal..i used that medicine 5 days. Now my doubt is everyone is saying don't eat palak,cabbage, tomato, cauliflower and coconut water... so my doubt is for how many days i shouldn't take these foods. I'm taking 4 litres of water everyday.  please give me some information regarding this problem... Thank you.

Pain in left side than I done a CT scan kub with contrast(IV). right kidney condition was good.but left kidney report-(normal size and shape with uniform cortex and medulla.extra renal pelvis.)and everything are normal.now what can I do????
