Dissolve in naturally Soo I am using ayurveda tablets .. Soo is there any use to use that tablets are .. compulsory need of surgery ?if I need a surgery . Than how much surgeries will need

I have been suffering from this from today. My bowel feels full all the time and i excreted a lot of times than normal from last day. I consume fluids pretty much. Need a quick rescue.

I'm CKD patient and Doctor advised me to drink only one liter of water every 24 hours, and also asked me to count urine output. Now my urine output is 1.5 liter per day. So should I just increase to 1.5 liter everyday?
