Kidney Problems

My age is 26. I have frequent urination problem and slightly pain in left kidney from 6 months.  This is caused due to I was holding the urine for long time and drinking too much water, My urine test report is normal, there is no stone and bacteria. And USG shows right kidney and liver is mildly enlarged. USG abdomen report --- Right kidney size- 9.8 cms Left kidney size - 11.2 cms Liver - 16.6 cm Few non-specific lymph nodes in right iliac fossa bigger measuring 12x5 mm. Blood test --- Glomerular filtration Rate - 119 ml/min/1.73m2 Creatinine serum - 0.87 mg/dl Uric acid - 5.6 mg/dl Calcium - 10.17 mg/dl Blood urea nitrogen (BUN)- 6.3 mg/dl BUN / SERUM CREATININE RATIO - 7.24 Albumin serum - 5 gm/dl Is there anything serious, what to do please tell me.

Serious pain right side lower hip, when sit continually for long time at my workplace

Have pain from lower back to left thigh leg and urine not come in flow and come in less quantity also pass during cough what happen

There is a tolerable amount of pain in the urethra opening while urination. This does not happen all the times.

I had fever in the evenings and I had cough cold and body aches. Doctor told me to take urine culture and creatinine level and blood urea. The creatinine level is 1.8 and blood urea is 50. Will it be due to viral fever?

E coli infection resulting in 1)high fever (102-105) °F 2)abdominal pain 3)gas 4)loss of appetite 5)fatigue Consulted with doctor who has given medicine for 5 days and allotted appointment 5 days later. Should i wait for 5 days or shift patient to a good hospital. Please help.

My tummy is Increasing though doing proper diet and exercise..so my doctor suggested to take ultrasound abdominal scan.In report impression is GRADE III PROSTRATOMEGALY.. Apart from tummy increase,no other problems I have faced till the time. Please suggest to which doctor I have to consult for this problem..Any serious problems will encounter due to this??

I am a 26 year old male. Recently, I went for a master checkup. and they are found this KIDNEYS Both Kidneys are normal in size and echotexture RTK located in RIF Right 8.5X3.3cm Left 10.4X5.9cm No e/o calculi / hydro nephrosis IMPRESSION FATTY LIVER GRADE 1 MAL ASCENDED RIGHT KIDNEY What is RTK, is there any problems, Should I See a Doctor?

I had blood test that reported cretanin level .89 (.5 - .8 normal range) egfr 89 ( <90 normal range) cholesterol and BP is high. uric acid is also high. doctor suggested hipres, lipvas , zyloric 100 and lycolyfe multivitamin. Also he suggested for anlom vilom and fast walk for 30 to 45 mins and to quit non veg and alchol for 3 month. I am on this medication from last one month and I  don't have any complication but I am affraid of this report. is am I at risk ? medication is ok or should I change?
