Kidney Problems

I am suffering 11mm kidney stones and presently Not pain . Stone remove by medicine or surgery .

My age is 76, after seeing blood clots in urine urologist started treatment following are diagnosis and given treatment Diagnosis :Hematite with bladder clots History :K/c/of DM and HTN on regular medication. Left nephrectomy 24 years ago Examination : vitals-stable, chest clear Abdomen WNL. Procedure done: TRUST guided biopsy and cystoscopy +clot evacuation done under SA On19aug 2017 Finding: approx 300ml clot evacuated. Prostate is trilobar and highly vascular. PSA 17.3 ng/ml

Few days ago my grandfather had a surgery in which his gall bladder was removed because of two stones and at that time he started having prpblem in urination now the doctor told that his prostate has increased and asked to eat medicines for three months and right now he is using a pipe for urination. I want to know is it a symptom of prostate cancer or sonething else?

Since I've had a car accident recently I have been examined and nothing was found but I am finding that I have limited to no control over my urine. Is there any methods you'd recommend like inserting catheters etc and also things that would make things easier for me to control this and hopefully regain control in time as I am only 25.

Right kidney size is small or shriken  , urine return back in right kidney by that the kidney and pipe dilated or enlarge. All blood and urine reports r normal but a little pain in abdomen. I want to know is my kidney working or how many percent it is working ??? Or is is repairable or stay as it is.

Recent PSA examination was 32.99 ng/ml. PSA in 2002 5.9 Ultra Sound done every year in seems same size till date 2002 size 4.8x4x3.8 cm in 2007 : 4.6x3.7x 3.4 cm in 2010 4.6x4.1x3.8 cm in 2013 5x4.1 cm in 2014 4.8x4.1 cm in 2016 4.8x4.2 cm in 2017 45 g Taking Cordarone 200 mg OD Your advice for next step? Do I have cancer?

From last two days having pain while breathing in right side of back earlier did sonography but i was clear as doctor said

Protein leakage from last 7 years Age is 59 Received steroids,endoxannd pangraph Now stopped and problem occurs again nd again

Very strong smell is coming after i pass urin. I am facing this problem since last 2-3 months. It is difficult to work in the office or meet any one as they also smell it. Can please advise what is the cause of this problem and what is the remedy.
