I didnt had fever or anything. Just my urine was yellow in colour. When i had a urine test it showed high pus cells. But there are no other symptoms. What should i do??

Why is gall bladder removed when it develops stones? When kidney develops stones,the stones are removed and not the kidney,why can't the same be done in the case of the gall bladder
