I Have Pus Cell Count 60-63 - I Didnt Had Fever Or Anything.

I have pus cell count 60-63

I didnt had fever or anything. Just my urine was yellow in colour. When i had a urine test it showed high pus cells. But there are no other symptoms. What should i do??
