Prostate is enlarged in size pr measures 41x36x36 mm - 28 ml. Post void shows Significant (204 ml) amt of residual urine. PSA level is 1.09

I've been having urinary incontinence problem for past 6 months and now it got worse due to stress, kindly suggest me some medicines to get rid of it, just for info I work in complete night shifts for past two years

My wife has a chronic kidney problem discovered around 6 years back she has been on treatment from kolkata appollo and she is taking phostat thrice daily and bio D3 once after a day. But she has stopped her medication for a few days and now she has swelling in her legs and pain in left side of her stomach frequently. We have got her tests done and her creatinine serum is 2.23, blood urea nitrogen is 25.94, chloride is 113.9, hemoglobin is 9.5 and protein is also detected.

Please suggest Urologist in India who can offer right advice and treatment.
