Kidney Problems

I am having 2 stones of 1.1 and 0.9 cm in left kidney and 0.5 cm in left ureter. Please help me which treatment should i undergo.

Right side in my kidney iam having 7×4mm stone since 4years iam taking medicines &ayurveda medicine prevoius iam having 7×6mm now it's 7×4mm now what I have do shall we go for operation or will it be cure from medicine plz suggest me thank u

I have been taking antibiotics for UTI and from last 1 month but once these antibiotics get over then again the same issue comes up itching ,burning sensation,Pain before pee mostly in nights and i am taking regular water intake but still in nights it gives me hard time and sometime it is unbearable ......pee colour sometime is yello
