Burning ,irritation ,pain ,several times urine pass ,blood passing with urine. I need the medicine name to stop this urine infection

Namaste sir,I am suffering pain in urin track,.last 10-12 years.it occurred probably.I am feeling as like pain in prostate.but ultrasound report came always Normal. Please suggest me. thanks

I have problem of having high BP regularly bt when it is lower then if i take nicardia 20 mg as a regular base then what complications i face. I am a cronik kidney disease patient and having 2 dialysis in a weak.

I had Dysuria since 5 days.in initial 3 days I had fever with chills, temp around 102 to 104(fluctuate b/W two), vomit once only, took antibiotics and nsaids along with vitamin b complex, fever subside after 3 days but now urination is more frequent(after every 5 minute) and less in volume. After urination also there is no relaxation.
