Kidney Problems

I have 2 lumps for 4or 5 years on anus opening I lump is size of pea and other is big size like cluster and both are soft and painless .Some times before I get a new pea size lump and it's painful .

I have stones in both kidneys with in 3 to 4 mm,and stone in urine blader which size 6 mm doctors said That they have to do surgery for blader stone there is any solution please help

I 've been having mild pain in the stomach and end of urethra after urination

I am getting bubbles in urine from last 1 year. Moreover I get bursting sound from the urine.I got my urine culture test twice and the reports are normal...but the problem is that this bubbles in urine are gradually increasing only...I am male-25 years..Can i know whether its serious caseor normal.thanks
