Recurrent uti from 1 year I had burning when urinating I have urine routine showed 8 to 10 hpf Urine culture with no growth no organism seen I had antibiotics course for 7 days Now I am ok My questions What should be next steps Is it serius issue

I have a kidney stone of size 15mm in my left kidney. Can I know where in Bangalore can I get it removed. Is there is free surgery available, any government hospital?

I have been facing erectile dysfuntion from last 6 months i smoke very less.
