Kidney Problems

Hi doctor I have a small lump near anus. It was there from 2 months ago. It's small when not touched but becomes slightly big when touched or rubbed. It's may be a size of pea seed. Otherwise it's not painful. I have regular proper stools and have no issues with respect to bleeding from the lump or anything till now. It's pink in color and is soft to touch like a heat boil. What can he the reason and how to get rid of it?

I am 24.I have done random kidney test.My eGFR is 88 and serum creatinine is 1.14 and there are traces of albumin in my urine. Is there any kidney disease?

A stone of size 15 mm was diagnosed in gall bladder of my wife. upon doctors advice and with no discomfort in daily routine life, I avoided surgery for almost 18 months. Recently I have checked once again for the lumen presence . ultrasound report indicate 15 mm stone is still there in the gall bladder. however she is not having any problem like pain or vomiting . now I m a but confused should I go for surgery or not ? I was suffering from frequent urination since last month, when i took flavoxate it went away and later returned back after 2-3 days. But recently (last saturday onwards). I took only flavocip tablets twice a day for 5 days as prescribed by the doc. This Wednesday it was over. And m holding on pretty good after its over. I am trying to retrain my bladder by holding it for longer time intervals.. life 4-5-6 hrs etc.. but sometimes i feel a slight discomfort when m coughing or sometimes m walking(very very very light pain 1/20 i would say) or say it as a spasm that i can feel. I have added pictures of the location where it happens, just down to the left side of my stomach as pointed in the photo. If i press that position when m standing i dnt hav ne pain but while i m sleeping with my knees up and press that i feel a slight pain.. is the urinary bladder located there? I guess not. Its like when i press that location and pushh it upwards i feel a slight achy sensation. Please ans d qstns

I have CT scan report of abdomen and perlvis; Which refers the following; 5*3.5mm calculus seen in left ureter at the level of L4/5 intervertebral disc causing mild hydronephrosis. No left renal calculus seen.. My doctor start giving me flowmax .4 on daily basis. Is it viable to treat like this or other treatment recommendation?

"significant scrotal wall edema" is the report i got in Ultrasound can u suggest me to which Dr i should consult a Dermatologist or Urologist coz i am suffering from last two months and consulting with dermatologist but got no relief after taking antibiotics for a week it getting normal but again it is coming to same after stopping the medication
