USG shows Prominent PC system of left kidney and tenderness around the umbilical area what does it indicate?

I have multiple small subcapsular cysts are noted bilaterally, measuring from 0.3 to 0.5 cm in diameter.central stroma is echogenic bilaterally.A thin walled cystic lesion with internal echogenic debris is noted in Lett overy, measuring about 1.6×1.3 cm in size. Right overy measures : 2.6×1.7×2.2 cm( vol -5.3 cc) Left overy measures : 3.3×2.0×2.2 cm( vol -8.2 cc)

I have taken a wrong combination of honey and ghee and in ayurveda it is dangerous to health and can even cause death. I didn't knew that the combo is too dangerous. I have urinary disorders with very low immunity the skin is shedding from the foot. What should i do to cure the harmful effect?

Hi... My grandfather is of age 86 lives in Kolkata. He has kidney problem where the kidneys are working partially. Creatinine level is 6.5, apart from that he is a heart patient and also has diabetes which are normal(controlled). Apart from dialysis, is there any medication by which he can urinate normally?, As he is of 86 years old, dialysis would be difficult for him. Is there any chance to improve kidneys working condition using only medication? (Someone might be specialist who can help us)  Please suggest me... Thank you.
