Painless white discharge after urination and perianal wart with negative report for HIV,Hepatitis b,c

I was suffering with bad pain in stomack. As per reoprt of urine test it was pus cell is present in range 15-20hpf and RBC plenty present in range 50-80hpf

I have cortical cyst at upper pole in kydney please suggest what to do is there surgery for that
