I am having BPH prostrate problem with urinary irritation. Prostate size 43x39x42 mm and 5 mm stones in the kidney Now urinary part irritation I am taking  1 silofast d8 kit daily night and prostaquill capsule 1 daily in the morning and tablet miritas 25 m g one in the afternoon and Himalaya prostacare capsule one twice daily and Himalaya himplasia tablet 1 twice daily and minimum 2 ltr water daily. Please suggest a remidy for irritation

I am 26 years old and have a problem of hypertension since last 4 to 5 years.

My urine tests are absolutely clear multiple times. Over 4-5 months. This is I got an ultrasound of the lower abdomen and there were some echoes in the bladder. So far I have been on a constant dose of neeri syrup which gives me some relief but is not solving the problem because upon discontinuation the burning and discomfort comes back. The ultrasound is attached.

I have CBP for over 3 months. My doctor prescribed bacstol , ciprofloxacin, Niftas, but No relief... my urine Test still shows 8-10 WBCs . I am afraid that what will happens if The Bacteria become resistance to all available antibiotics. Is there any other type of Medication In bacterial prostatitis...
