Kidney Problems

I had left ureter reimplant surgery 3yrs back due to distal ureter stritcher and stone.i had done dtpa scan and in that scan my right is working 35% and left kidney which had stone moderate hn and hu working 65%.my creatine serum is 0.70 and other report is also normal.i am very tensed about kidney am i at risk of kidney failure and what precaution should i take.i am hemophilia also.i heard that kidney patients should drink lesser water, is it true?

I have been first stage of hemmoriods and I am using ano bliss ointment and Hilo capsule, so my query is that they are completely cure the piles or I have to go for surgery

Right Kidney : not seen in normal position, appears fused with left kidney. Rt kidney measures - 5.7 cm Left Kidney Appears fused with right kidney.Small cortical cyst seen let.Kidney measures -11.1 CM.
