Kidney Problems

Sir, I am 22 years old boy. i fall from overhead tank before 4 years so there is a compression in my spine so I have no control on my urine and toilet. When I go for toilet, it wants so much pressure of me to eject toilet means pressure in anus for toilet is not in my control. so i have been using my one finger to eject toilet. i use it deeply in anus to eject toilet. sometimes i rub inner part of my anus. kindly tell me that is it harmful by any kind? please sir

Hello I m 23yr/F I don't know what it is but I feel as if I am urinating more since yday and that too at times there is hardly few drops of it unlike normally how I void my bladder at the toilet.There is no burning or sudden leakage of urine or itching or anything of sorts but should I worry about it/show a doc for the same because am tensed..please please help me out how do I stop this issue at the earliest as I am really worried abt it.Also i hve been off late having extremely rough lifestyle with bad sleeping times and stress can that lead to this..?? Also can this be a sign of PMS I am about to get my periods soon too? Good Evening Uncle. I am writing in reference to discuss the health issues of my father. He is 82  He has three issues Gall bladder stone( Size 12 mm) , Hernia in right abdomen and Hydrocele.        Though my father doesn't feel any pain as all  these things are not creating any problem yet. I have been to various doctors as they gave different opinion. Some suggest surgery as Gall Bladder stone should be on priority followed by Hernia and Hydrocele. Other suggest that he shouldn't undergo surgery as things are not creating trouble and he has age constraint as well so undergoing surgery might be risky. I developed a uti. Doctor gave urikind for 5 days. Better now. But since around time of uti only I am getting rash or big warts all over body (10 to 15 till now). They are sometimes itch and are red. Are they due to uti only or totally unrelated?

Hello Doctor, My Sister who is married and have one child, recently got diagnosed that her kndney has became small. Just wanted to know the treatment and where and which specialist to consult. Is Apollo in Delhi is Ok or Medanta is best place. Please suggest
