Kidney Problems

I am having kidney stone in left and right side. i have gone through PCNL in 2009 but still i can see stone in reports.

I have kidney stones in both the kidneys. Right kidney has 4mm size stone and left kidney has 3mm size stone. Kindly,suggest how should I remove the stones?
