Kidney Problems

I have 49mm stone in my right side of the kidney and I had 2 surgery's 1st one is open surgery and 2nd one is PSNL . I heard about ESWL stone removel treatment how much it's cost and please tell me about the ESWL

In June my urinalysis always showing 15mg/dl protein evrytime. But suddenly On 2nd July My urinalysis shows No protein. After that No protein was there in urine. But For last 3 days protein is coming in urine . What is the reason behind this intermittent proteinuria? Is this Chronic kidney Disease?

Frequent urination, burning sensation, discomfort.it is been over 4years and doctor said it UTI, I keep treating it but it keep coming back.

Hi, i am having problem of urinating frequently about 10 to 15 times a day, as well as i feel sudden urgency to pee and not able to hold urine for too long.I went for urine test and below are results attached in an image.Please see the report and help me with this problem.

For the past many years I get pain on left and right side of my stomach. It is like stomach feeling bloated on both sides. I also have constipation problem and also urinate unknowingly at night. When I urinate I find the commode filled with a foamy layer created on the urine. Please suggest whether it is due to some kind of problem or it's nothing to worry about
