Can i take niftas 100 mg tablet for urinary tract infection while breast feeding? Yesterday doctor gave this medicine to me

My mother had kidney stone operation 20 years ago. Now she has a stone of 16 mm in same kidney and she has to undergo the operation next week. But we haven't told the doctor about previous operation. Does it makes any difference( doctor has told that SHOCK WAVE LITHOTRIPSY will be done)

I feel burning sensation in right side of kidney,could be kidney infection? At times a pressure in back or right side of lower back.

I had a urinary stone, stone is flushed out but , I am facing this bladder distended problem, Weak urine stream.

Kidneys: Mild right sided hydronephrosis. A 3.4*2.7 mm calculus (+150 HU) noted in left middle calyx.Mild right sided perinephric fat stranding & peripelvic fluid noted. Delayed  contrast excretion noted on right side. Right kidney -9.5 cm, left kidney -9.6 cm ( CC length). Ureters:Right ureters is dilated with a calculus (+400 HU) 5*3 mm noted st right vesico- ureteric junction. Is this curable without surgery or Surgery is inevitable. Plz advise urgently.

I have urinary track infection since 2-3 years. I have done several tests but the result showed no dangerous signs. But the rescent test shows pus cells 10-15/hpf and epithelial cells 10-15/hpf. What drug should I take?
