Recurrent UTI. And on both sides.

I am having recurrent UTI from the past 1 year. I am having recurrent UTI from the past 1 year. I am attaching my doctors prescriptions from September when I consulted my gynaecologist and she prescribed some antibiotics based on my Urine culture report. The symptoms subsided but recurred within a week when I consulted another Urologist and he prescribed Ciplox 2BD for 7 days, Marzone  2BD for 5 days and Niftran 2 BD for 10 days. The symptoms subsided for about 2 weeks and again recurred when I consulted another Gynaecologist who again had my Urine culture done which is attached. She then prescribed Loxof 500 OD for 5 days, Norflox 400 BD for 7 days and Zifi 200 for 5 days which ended yesterday. Attached is her prescription.. The antibiotic Zifi got over yesterday and I have been having itching and burning sensation while urinating since the last 2 weeks (while I was on antibiotics and now more when I am off antibiotics) and have been having pain in the lower abdomen and on both sides.
