Hi, I am having weak Urine Flow from last year sometimes with lower back pain, pelvic pain after urination. I have done all the reports and tests and according to doctor( urologist) I have bladder sphincter spasm (dysynergia) I am taking Alfoo from 8 months and again i have been adviced Alfoo for another 6 months and also added baclofen for 6 months. Also, when I stopped Alfoo after 8 months for 7 days, again same symptoms such as slow urination, back pain, difficulty urinating started. According to him this sphrinter spasm is due to anxiety and stress because I had never any spinal injuries or surgeries. Now, the question is 1.Can this be due to stress? 2.Can there be any permenant cure to this in allopathy or lifetime some or other medicine need to carry out with pain? 3.How much its safe to take Alfoo, because I am having many side effects of this once i stopped taking and also while taking?

Frequelt toilet and not comes  in force , even waiting it . comes very low force,  at night . In day it is not problem that much but atnight its problem i goes twice for toilet in night

I am experiencing little bit pain below lower abdominal area, it's been a month. The pain is not much, i would rate it 2 out of 10 but it doesn't feel normal there. I recently got my full body checkup, all reports related to kidney, liver and sugar are fine, i have no other problems related to urine or anything. Can someone tell me what's that pain and which doctor should i see? Thanks!

My last period (started about two weeks ago and ended a week ago, after being significantly longer than usual and lasting over a week) was EXTREMELY heavy. It was nonstop gushing blood, which is filled with tissue and clots that are massive, well over the size they should be normally. I went through one and a half bulk packs of pads in this one period whereas I usually don’t even go through one. I am bleeding again and haven’t stopped cramping. I’m very scared and need to know what’s happening.

There are bilatrtal Renal cysts,largest is in left mid pole projecting exophytically. Two small left midpolerenalcysts appear hyperdense suggestive of haemorrhage of high proteinaceous content. Non of thecysts communicate with the pelvic calyceal system. Are these cysts corresponds to tumours ? or are they malignant ? Is the scenario serious ? Pls suggest and guide

Mam along with burning micturition I feel burning sensation near anus after                     passing stools and burning sensation over the body especially limbs . Is this because of hyperacidity or UTI ?
