Kidney Problems

My father recently diagnosis with very large prostate, also having UTI and also having an effect on kidney, creatinine level is high, might be the reason of large prostate. For past few days, he'd problem in urination, having frequent urination during night time. Doctor advised surgery. I want to know, which hospital will provide treatment for prostate surgery? Also some of the good urologist surgeon in Delhi?

Am having current shock like symptoms on tip of penus and pinching inside the utreus and continuous urge to urinate and tingling over shaft did urine test UTI every thing looks fine but am unable to bear the pain pls tell solution

I am suffering from phimosis and my size is small. How to overcome from this problem please help me .

From the last 3 days my husband is getting painful stool passing due to rupture and blood also comes after passage.he is getting stool more number of times than normal.I don't understand the problem.He is telling due to over heat because of frequent fasting it was happened.can any doctor suggest correct medicine to treat the problem

Hello my father face some problem from last 15 days.. Urge itching in urination, brown yellowis urine col, fever, loss of appetite, dizzines.. He go for checkup. Doctor says it is urine infection..so gave him some medication for 5 days. .after three days all problem will flush out. And he is normal..medicine are ( pyridium 100, nimegesic-p) and a heavy antibiotic. I dont remember the name...so after 5 day medi. Doct. Says discountinous treatment...now after 3 days problem start again. So he goes to doct. And doct gave same medication. And add one more. (Nitrobact 100) now all symtoms again flush out... ..so please tell what is the problem here.. find the urine report attached.. (Please sir/mem suggest some treatment and please specify what is the problem..but please dont say for physical consultation because we are from different cities)

Inflammation near bums enclosure. I drive my vehicle for prolonged hours and since sometime I have experienced burning sensation at the enclosure. There are some boils too there. It also pains sometimes while passing motions and even during showers.

I have high intolerance to diuretic foods. Like if I eat water melon .'x papaya, pineapple or coffee I have to urinate a lot. How can I develop resistance ? No doubters

Hi sir I am 33 year old I don't any medical issue. From last 2 days I feel pain while discharging urine. It seems that any thing is blocking the way of urine. I drink lots of water. Jab mujhe pressure ke saath urine aata hai tab pain Kam hota hai. Magar jab halka pressure hota hai tab pain rahata hai halka halka . I am leaving in Noida so please suggest me where I can consult. Or any suggestions which you want to give me.

I have to go for urine very frequently, 8 to 10 times in day and 3 to 4 times at night. I have done urine test and blood sugar too, BS is ok but urine test has some infection, I took medicine for infection as priscribed by doctor. please give me some suggestion regarding the problem.

Sir suffering frm fever body ache last 4 days... undr treatment from day 3 small lump in penile shaft ... slowly growing and now its two lump about 0 .5 cm. history lower back muscle cramped while lifting heavy item.1.5 yr ago.. treated bt again slight cramp b4 2 month .. treated ... sometimes mild and modarate pain occers on left of lower back got little finger pressed 1 yr ago..  the area has hardened and lump appeared sudden har loss in small pathes 1 yr ago ... small bald patches appeared ... treated with home remedy ...i.e. lime with alum powder (fitkari) now cured bt hair density lowered recent tests done for current fever lump and bodyache blood urine tested yesterday wbc 10200 palatel 172000 pus in urine 6-8 pls guide
