I did a urine culture and report shows rbc 10/cmm and wbc 100/cmm. What does it mean? Do I have urinary infection?

My relative is diagnosed with 1 kidney stone of 5mm. Is operation mandatory ? Can it be cured with medications itself ?

I am having lower back pain with frequent and painful urination. 6 months ago I did sonography but nothing reported. Doctor suggested pain killer with Vitamin D suppliment. I see some relief during medication but as soon as stop medicine the problem reoccurs within few days. Please advise.

20days before my girlfriend had a problem while urination. She found that the urine is slightly red in colour and she also suffered an irritation while urination.
