Kidney Problems

I make urinanalysis everything normal except the RBC and hemoglobin. Few years ago I was having a sand amd crystals.is rbc harmful.

There is issue my two kidneys . But last three months I have taken the medicine for problems. There is some improvement shown. But felt weakness day to day.

My mummy having diabities thyroid and bp problem. which are normal and hbA1c is 7.1.According to the latest  blood test report she is having 5.60 mEq/L potassium and 100.40 mEq/L chloride level which are not in normal refrence range given .is there anything to worry about or some normal fluctuation.? her test result are attached.plz guide

I think I have yeast infection but I'm not sure. It's very slight white formation. I have consulted a doctor here in practo who said it's just smegma and it will go once I clean it. But I've been cleaning it daily and it comes back the next day. I'm seeing this for the past year only. I didn't have this problem before.
