I had a shoulder surgery about almost 2 years back and since the same day urinary disorder started and I started to pee very often and the urge to pee never goes away and i've tried all medicines since then but nothing worked and all test came normal. I had urodynamic and cystoscopy with hydrodistention about 5 months back and I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis and taking comfora medicine and tryptomer since then but the symptoms never goes away and I feel very uncomfortable after I finish urinating and then the urge and incontinence starts and stay ther gor about 2 hours and it is really uncomfortable feeling which never goes away. Please help no doctor is able to get my symptoms under control atleast as I already know that Interstitial cystitis is not curable.

What are the difference between Normal Urinalysis for Protein Test Vs 24 hrs Urine Protein Test. Why 24 hrs Urine Protein Test is needed? Normal urinalysis protein shows nil.. Is it necessary to go for 24 hrs urine protein test if the normal urine test shows everything normal.. Plz see the report that is attached. And also explain my question that I have asked above..
