My mother have a TSH 49.83, T3 0.58, T4 4.31. What dose of thyroxine tablet is appropriate for her? Please suggest.

My dermatologist gave me glucose fasting test and my test result is 106 mg/dL before breakfast is it normal pls suggest

I don't have diabetes. But from few months if I eat sweets or sugar I feel too much disturbed. And irritated.earlier I used to love sweets a lot.even now I like sweets and feel  like eating them but if I eat sugar contained food I will struggle. Why this and what I should do?

Hi , Yesterday I ate two gulab jamuns, after eating I started having gas feeling. Then I started going to urine for 4 times in 1 hour. Again at night before going to sleep I ate a orange, I was unable to sleep for 2 hours. Frequently going to urine. I started to feel heart palpitations. I started noticing fast heart beat. So I got up walked for 20 mins and slept. It feels like inflamations, is it inflamations from insulin. I dont know what is happening please tell me. Thanks
