Can I take acv for my weight management? I'm taking thyrox 37.5 early in the morning in empty stomach. So when can I take ACV?

Hello sir, i am natural body builder, now i want to take my level up, or should say want to improve my physique for my contest prep. Though i am against of using all those harsh steriods, but there is a product called anawar ,it is kind of mild steriod . I know the consequences of using a steriod , that it will supress my natural testestrone level but for that i can do a post cycle therapy of nolvadex and clomed.y question is that should i go for this or not...becouse my game is not improving amy more. One month back my dad had double vision issue..We have checked with Eye specialist and as per his suggestion.. vision is clear and no issues in eye..and to lower diabetic level..We went to diabetes doctor and from past 1 month..diabetes is normal however the double vision is not solved yet...we did MRI scan for brain and the reports are normal..Diabetes doctor said that we need to wait..this will take time and there is no specific time frame for recovery..I am worried and hence posting this on practo...Request your directives?
