My aunty have swelling on her right side of neck.. So doctor ask to do FNAC. This is the report I got it today pls tell me what it is. I am from kolkata..

I come to know 3 months back that I have diabetes. Sugar level was around 200 after meal then it came down to normal because I controlled food. After 3 months I again tested and it came 227 after meal and 159 fasting. My uric acid was previously high as 30 and my doctor asked me to take medicine. I am taking regular medicine and it us 22 now. But I think range should me 10-40 so it is normal then why my doctor is saying me to take medicine. I have also blood PRESSURE but it is controlled because o am taking regular medicine. How to tackle with these 3 situation. Guide me

Hello dr..i have hypothyroid and i am on medication..now i have to take blood test to check the levels of thyroid..pls suggest me shiuld i give my blood for test in empty stomach without taking tablet or should i give after taking tablet n one hour after that or can i give at anytime of the day??

I recently diagnosed with diabetes... I'm in shock because before that I diagnosed with pcod and insulin resistance and now diabetic... I don't know anything about diabetes and how to manage it... Help give some advices and treatment option

I couldn't able to concentrate on things. Tested testosterone levels , it's normal . Couldn't understand what the problem and getting tired very easy . IAM diabetic. It's in control though.

My age is 23 year and ht is 5.3ft weight is 70kg i want to increase my height little bit and reduce my weight. I have lots of stretch marks on  whole body specially on stomach arm leg back and buttock region. I have also looking like Gynecomastia problem. I have took treatment with endocrinologist 2 year ago. He gave me Tamoxifen along with vitamin E and calcium. But seeing no measurable response, I quite. All test was normal two year ago which is done before medication of endocrinologist. Test include which i have remember is prolactin test, LFT, serums cortisol, Thyroid and lipid profile diabetes,and blood profile test. In ultrasound i have slightly fatty liver. i have acne prone oily skin with uneven skin tone. I have also less thin hair concentration  which is in path of male pattern hair baldness due to genetical reason my conditions seems very complex to me.

I m suffering from diabetes since last 10 years. Last 2 years I m on  insulin and tablet both. I m taking gluformin g2 forte tablet twice and lunch time I take novorapid and after dinner lantus. But my sugar is out of control

I got recently thyroid problem.. it was hyperthyroidism wherein my T3 was high... but now after checking again.. after a month.. my T4 is coming at a higher side... what medications should be taken if t4 and tsh are at higher side
