I HV thyroid ,M done  with first thyroid TSH blood  test ,n my reports are showing 6.26 thyroid ..wat can I do ?

I am diabetic patient. Can i eat besan ?? My sugar level morning - 104 Pp 126 And i take medicine glimestar pm1 and neurobian forte

I have irregular periods problem which I did all tests like  thyroid, prolactin ,CBC,FBS,all are negative and scan states I have evidence of stein leventhal syndrome

Hi , I have Thyroid for about 3 years .. 3 months back my TSH value raised to 12 . When I consulted a doctor they suggested me to increase the dose of thyronorm to 125. I started consuming 125 mg thyronorm for these 3 months . Now while checking the TSH value is 0.01 , which is very low. So please suggest me whether to change my medications
