I could not continue my thyroid medication since March due to lockdown. Now today I have TSH 9.5 I used to take Thornton 50 daily one tab. Should I continue same or higher dose?

Hi, I had tested positive for Covid and was asymptomatic. Now it's been more than 3 weeks post testing positive. One of my covid friend who was admitted in hospital got diabetes suddenly and his sugars were in range of 500+. So I also got tested and my sugar levels are showing FBS 118 and PPBS 195. I am worried wat to do. No one in my family had Diabetes. It all started bcoz of sleep issue (Sleep Apnea) for which I am using CPAP currently. 2 years back I got BP and now my sugar levels are high. Wat might be the reason for high sugar levels. Is this pre diabetic or diabetes. Pls advise wat to do further. My previous HBa1c levels from 2 yrs have been 6.9,6.6,6.4,6.1 and 6.3. I have Thyroid since 11 years but recently it's fluctuating .I got it done today and it's 5.36. I am taking thyronorm 100 MCG daily. Also my Eosinophil level is 10.9%. I feel cramps  in my legs and feverish but have no fever. I have little throat pain and sometimes  mild pain in both ear.Also I have allergy with pollens because of which I sneeze a lot.i am taking normaxin for My IBS.

Check 5 days fasting blood sugar 1. 106 2. 107 3.107 4.107 5.107 After eating meal check blood sugar after 2 hour 120 or 116 Dont know what is happening to me. Im extremely fit daily doing 1 hour jogging Plus 1 hour cardio workout Also follow strict diet plan.

What test need to do to keep track of pre diabatic , my hba1c was 6 last time. Haf visit to doctors be suggested endoformin medicine
