Hii..my father is a diabetic patient he had check at home currently before meal sugar is 120 n after meal is 180. So he can take covid vaccine in current diabetic situation ??

Hi doctor, I'm 26. I still don't have beard, but I have my mustache. I read online that this can either be hereditary or due to low testosterone count. I have my twin brother who doesn't have this problem, does that mean the problem I have is not due to hereditary ? How can I test the cause ? What can I do to grow my beard ?
