Type 2 with no insulin resistance
I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes because my (HbA1c) was 7.6 ,but then I got tested insulin resistance (Homa-IR) result was normal and insulin levels is also normal.
How is it possible that I have type 2 diabetes while I don't have insulin resistance, and my pancreas is producing insulin ?

Long treking is possible for diabetic
My husband is Type 1 diabetic.he is having Megagliptin MF once a day..His diabete is under control i.e. 140/170 before and after food.he want to do long trek.my question is can he go for long treking i.e 20- 24 km? Is there any problem if he trek that much long?
