Can my mother take gemer 2 both times in the morning before food and at night after food? Is there any harm to give same medicine both times?

My mom is a type2 diabetic. Recently i went to lab, for to take blood sugar levels. Fasting blood sugar 96, Post meal 114, HbA1c 5.51. is there any chance to type 2 diabetes to me. My age 24, Height 5.3, weight 55. Any precautions to don't develop or prevent in future.

Month back I suffered from frequent urination problem, my urine report is normal, but my Fasting blood sugar is 103, random blood sugar is 123 and my hba1c is 6.2, so I'm PreDiabetic. I control my diet and start working out. And my frequent urination problem is better now. But from yesterday all of sudden I feel hungry more so I check my blood sugar at 1:30pm. I ate my breakfast at 10:30. it's 98. It's normal or low? Or its because of I'm taking less calories ?

Lipid profile: cholestrol 135 mg/dl, Triglycerides 110 mg/dl, HDL 62, LDL 51, VLDL 22, and also my Serum creatinine levels are 0.9. is this normal levels? I afraid about creatinine levels? Sir/ma'am I accidentally took my father's daibetic protein powder in milk today evening. I am non diabetic but my father is diabetic with Hba1c 7.2. Will this affect my diabetis? Should I rush to emergency? I am really worried pls help.
