Hi I am suffering diabetes from last 6 years and I have face problems to increase my asitone... Any type of surgery or treatment to increased my insulin Plz help me

I am taking lipocut 60mg twice before meals but doesnt work properly weight is stuck at 111 but yesterday i took 2 1 before dinner and 1 after dinner need guidance how to work on it and lose weight fast.
