What shud b my dietary restrictions and plan...how alarming is tsh 5??? I have already started taking D3 supplements as it was borderline....hv started a multi vitamin as well.

High Blood Pressure and Diabetic
I have high BP and recently diagnosed with Diabetes. I have been taking Amlodac 2.5mg since 2004 for BP, recently started taking Glycomet SR 500 for diabetes (at night).
Yesterday I did my Hb1C test and BS Fasting, which came about 6.2% and 112 respectively.
Just wanted to check if anything needs to be changed.

My 3 month HBA1C is 9.8.
