Hormonal Imbalances

I have gone through thyroid test today Results T3-209,T4-17.3, TSH -2.79 Is this condition normal ?could anyone tell what my health condition?

I was on birth control pills (Yaz) from Jan to June 2017 for 6 months for severe acne. I had a sonography at June end on recommendation of my gynac..for pcod..but reports were normal. She says I don't have pcod as per the sonography and we don't need to check for hormones. Thereafter I was adviced to take ultra D3 and Normoz tablets for 3 months...in the meanwhile between July to September...I got my periods in mid of August once that's it.. Shall I get the hormones checked..?! I have also started getting severe acne on my neck...small bumps

Low vitamin d-14 ng/mol Normal cAlcium level-10.1 Though my vitamin dlevel is low,how come my calcium level is normal
