Got the lab tests done. Tested positive for b12 deficiency. Need help to get b12 injections.

I m taking insulin from last 5 month bt there is no major relief to me. i have been following regular diet, excercise bt its not working

I am 57 yrs old man. I have been facing the problem of pain and numbness in muscles of both legs and stifness too from last 1yr. I am diabetic too and most of the time my sugar level recorded much higher then the normal level. Presently my condition is getring wrost day by day... wont able to sleep due to extreme pain in legs and tensions. Digestion is not good and also unable to have proper diet.please suggest me what should i do.

On my face my beard is not groving completly my age is 34 years and i don't have any problem in my body

I am 36year old male have been diagnosed with diabetes fasting range is between 170 to 190 random 170- 120 can I take a diabetes vaccine for as long time solution

The test results shows the following value. ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE level is high 193.2U/I BILIRUBIN - 0.23 mg/dl BILIRUBIN - 0.75 mg/dl BILIRUBIN (INDIRECT) CALCULATED 0.52 mg/dl GAMMA GLUTAMYL TRANSFERASE (GGT) 22.9 U/l ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ) 17.6 U/l ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) 17.1 U/l PROTEIN - 7.5 gm/dl ALBUMIN - 4.6 gm/dl (Rest everything is in normal range). Age - 52 female and diabetic

I've undergine FBS and PPBS as suggested by one of the physician.The result is as below, FBS-76 PPBS-206 Is the above figure harmful to my health condition. If so,let me know the basic good diet to follow

My father is a type 2 diabetes patients. He has swelling on his foot and some kidney problems also..... Now he is taking tablets Viglibose 0.3mg,Taurine and Acetylcystein tablet ans Gliclazide Extended Release Tablets 60mg.... Is this the proper treatment????

Thanks for your valuable reply sir, but I have done test last Saturday pre sugar 140 and post sugar 200, hba1c 6.5, I am taking janumet 50/500 morning and glimisave max 1 in night, also rozavel 10 in night
