Hormonal Imbalances

I have hypothyroidism having below levels T3 - 93( Normal range 60 to 200) T4 - 4.4(Normal range 4.5 to 12) TSH - 42.10(Normal range 0.3 to 5.5). History: I had controlled the TSH level before 2 month by taking thyroxine 100mcg, I stopped the medication since one month. Now it is again increased. Please suggest thyroxine dosage

Dear sir, continous weight gain since 2 yrs, working very hard from last 2 months but hardly any weight loss. after check up Tsh 21 taking eltroxin 50 from last 15 days as prescribed by doctor ( medicine ), no effect , weight is 121 kg, kindly guide ?

Hi Yesterday I have given my blood sample for random test. When report came I shocked. Is there any thing big problem. Do i need to consult the doctor for this. My age is 48 years and i am suffering from diabetes for last 10 years and my sugar level was controlled since then but within past 1 months my sugar level isn't going down even in these days i m taking 16 points of insulin a day(10 at morn and 6 at eve) i have consulted my doctor then the included some medicines and they too made me know that i have some problem in my kidney but that's very primere and thus they suggested me to control my diabetes. I kept balanced my diet but no effect so dohelp

Hi, 3 years back he went radio iodine treatment for hyper thryoid .. after that treatment he became hypo and taking thyronorm supplicant .. but he levels are never come under control .. he recently had a blood test his ft4 is 2.25 and TSH is 6.51 .. now doctor is asking to under go mri scan for pituitary gland as it indicates both hypo and hyper . I am confused .. as he undergone ROI and his thyroid is completly destroid .. how it can be again hyper and that existing of both .. please help .. do i need to under go MRI or take 2nd opinion with other doctor once...

Taking galvus 50/500mg before breakfast what to do and should change the tablet

Been on galvusmet 50/500 .since 2 months but every 3rd day suffering from indigestion vomiting and loose motions.this time it was severe.became so weak.my sugar levels bf 94.so can I discontinue the galvusmet

I am a medical student. i test my blood glucose level in laboratory. After meal it was just 73. Again when i test my blood glucose level it was 85 after Meal. sir, i wanna ask from u , is it hypoglycemia?.if it is. what should i do to increase my blood glucose level?. i eat regularly on time. i think there is problem in absorption. i am too much skinny. i am 21 years old but my weight is just 48.
