I have a set of seemingly non related symptoms notably purple marks on my abdomen, chronic muscle and joint pain in legs, fatugue, increased anxiety, bruising with a negative test for anemia, weight fluctuations insomnia dizzy spells headaches and inability to focus

My doctor consulted me to take glycomate sr 1gm I'm taking it from last 3 months, this time by mistake I got glycomate 1gm now I'm in different country so can I take glycomate 1gm because I have to stay here for another 15 days n don't want to miss my medicine or is there any alternative solution. please suggest
