I m a diabetic patient from last 5 years. i have taken medicine Gylocomet 0.5 forte twice a day. my initial sugar level was 259 before taking the medicine. and it come / vary from 128 to 150. now from last 6 to 7 months i was not taken any medicine (even not Gylocomet.) at present i have to go/ pass urine after every 2 hours. and it was controllable. and at night when i sleep i have to change my side after every 45 min. or 1 hour. if i was not change my side then i have pain in that side.
