Hello doctor. At morning after breakfast I feel sleepy and whole day I feel lazy. I have desk work. After proper sleep I feel this problem. It's been from long time but I feel this usually when I study or sit ideally. I used to do pranayam but after that I also feel sleepy and my eyes feel heavy.
