Hello.... Its a very mild infection....which will not need any treatment....unless its recurrent.... Also you haven't mentioned any symptoms...so just take lots of fluids, avoid spicy, oily food....

You can use  Cantheris Q 10 drops/ thrice a day of urinary infection. But If infection is recurrent then you need your constitutional homeopathic remedy for permanent cure.
