Homeopathy

Hello Doc, I feel I am suffering from Hydrocele. Right side of my scrotum is increased. Morning or if weather is cold it remains in normal size. As well some time (rarely) I feel pain. I feel little awkward because of it. Kindly help me if it has any treatment in Homeopathy. Regards,

Diabetes since 16 years, chronic constipation since 10 years. Have been taking allopathic medicines for diabetes since 16 years. Had consulted homeopathic  doctor and taken homeopathic medicines for back pain, constipation and diabetes occasionally. Cannot walk long distance due to arthritis problem. Suggest suitable remedies.

I have lower back pain and continuing homoeopathy medicine. Since last 15 days new problem arise like when sleep after 4-5 hour pain spreads in total portion of back both sides of spinal cord and in any angle I can not sleep. When wake up in morning feeling pain in spinal cord badly then after 10-15 minits pain relief and as usual lower back pain is there. Please suggest strong remedy as soon as possible because I can't sleep wel with this problem.

I think corn has appeared 3-4 months back but I thought it was an injury, but now my friend told me it is a corn. After that small dots appeared on toes so I was worried & heard about Corn caps and applied twice ( 3 days each ) .only white yellow patches appeared but corn is not removed . Now I am worried.Guide me what to do ? I don't want to do surgery as it is not a permanent solution.

I have been on medication for disc herniation  since last 4 months But it is not getting any better. I am not able to sit or walk for long. No heavy work. No weight lifting. Till i take rest i feel good . Pl suggest if homeopathy can benefit me.
